Top-down off-road racing game. Player gets to choose from three different drivers, each with their own vehicles. One of the lesser known racing games. Plays like Micro Machines, but you get off-road action instead. My favorite thing to do in racing games is to power slide around the corners, and this will let you do just that. www.GenesisProject-Online.com

This game was released by Sega in Europe and developed by ASCII Entertainment (which I don't know if it's related to the Japanese company ASCII, which is now known as Agetec in the US), which from what I know, apart from this game, they released the average AWS Pro Moves Soccer. All righty, let's talk about the game. Just by looking at the cover and/or cartridge art you might think „Wow! This looks like it's going to be an awesome game!“, but, as soon as you look at the title screen you'll be thinking „Ah, crap. This looks terrible“. Well, it does. The graphics are dull, the gameplay is just bad and the AI is just dumb as hell. The only good thing about this game is the music, which is kinda catchy. Oh, about the music, if you remember in the 90's those groups that published official Genesis and SNES games (including betas and imported games), in most of those that released games and demos they used music from this game on the intros, so ASCII helped a bit on the console scene. Ok, so this game lacks almost all of the features from Micro Machines, a game that people say was the inspiration for this: instead of having different vehicles, a smart AI that got even tougher when you progressed, challenging tracks, sweet and smooth gameplay and much more catchy music, this game has the whole opposite. In other words, don't even think of playing it. by killerbrothers @ www.gamespot.com
